Oliver Rohrich

Oliver Rohrich, is an executive coach & trainer in Leadership, Organizational change and Sales for companies in the areas of technology, banking, insurance and pharmaceutical, etc.

Since 2005, Oliver is lecturer at the business school of the University ISCTE / INDEG, Lisbon for the Executive MBA program, as well as for Executive Master programs (e. g. He has Master certificate in systemic coaching, is a licensed NLP trainer and certified for the MBTI.

Enrolment and payment

Q: Enrolment and payment conditions

Full payment of the enrolment fee is due at the time of registration. Your enrolment will be considered complete once payment has been confirmed.
We will accept payment from companies or other third parties organizations, only if such company or third party provides us with a valid Purchase Order containing acceptable payment terms and conditions.

No refunds are available for e-Learning courses. For refunds on classroom training, please note that:

    On cancellations more than 5 days prior to the event, no training fees will be charged. However XPM reserves the right to charge costs from any resulting bank charges. On cancellations less than 5 days prior to the event, XPM Consulting may charge 50% of the enrolment fee plus any resulting bank charges.

XPM Consulting reserves the right to cancel or postpone any training event.

To be eligible for a training certificate, the trainee should have a minimum of 75% of the total number of training hours. The trainee should complete the certificate information sheet available on traditional classrooms or online.

System availability
The elearning platform is generally available 24X7, but may be down during times of maintenance required for optimum system performance. XPM Consulting will make every effort to inform you of system downtime in advance, but, this is not always possible.
