Henrique Moura is a project management professional with experience as project manager, trainer, consultant and author.
Henrique Moura is the author of the PMP® exam prep books “McGraw-Hill Education PMP® Project Management Professional Exam”, published in the United States by McGraw-Hill in 2014 and “PMP® Sem Segredos”, published in Brazil by Elsevier in 2013.
He has an extensive world-wide experience as a project management trainer and consultant, delivering training sessions, conducting workshops, coaching, conducting project health checks and implementing PMO’s. His experience crosses industries such as oil & gas, construction, manufacturing, finance, government, media telco, utilities, nuclear, consumer goods and healthcare.
He also acts or acted as lecturer for several institutions, including Catolica Business School, Nova School of Business and Economics, ISEG, FCT, Caledonian College of Engineering (Oman), Universidad por la Cooperación Internacional (Costa Rica), UAL, ISLA, Military Academy, INA and ISEP.
He was a speaker in several international congresses, including PMI® AGC conference held in Bahrain in 2015, PMI® EMEA congress held in Marseille in 2012 and PMI® Portugal congress held in Lisbon in 2012. He was also a key note speaker in the PMI® Portugal Chapter 2011 congress. He has worked for PMI® as an evaluator for the 2011 Project Management Literature Award – PMI® David I. Cleland. He was also a member of the volunteer team developing the PMBOK® Guide 5th edition and the Standard for Program Management – 4th and 2nd Edition.
Henrique Moura is a certified PMI-PMP®, PMI-RMP®, PMI-ACP®, ITIL Foundation®, EVP, Prince 2 and PSM.

Enrolment and payment

Q: Enrolment and payment conditions

Enrolment
Full payment of the enrolment fee is due at the time of registration. Your enrolment will be considered complete once payment has been confirmed.
We will accept payment from companies or other third parties organizations, only if such company or third party provides us with a valid Purchase Order containing acceptable payment terms and conditions.

Refunds
No refunds are available for e-Learning courses. For refunds on classroom training, please note that:

    On cancellations more than 5 days prior to the event, no training fees will be charged. However XPM reserves the right to charge costs from any resulting bank charges. On cancellations less than 5 days prior to the event, XPM Consulting may charge 50% of the enrolment fee plus any resulting bank charges.

XPM Consulting reserves the right to cancel or postpone any training event.

Certificates
To be eligible for a training certificate, the trainee should have a minimum of 75% of the total number of training hours. The trainee should complete the certificate information sheet available on traditional classrooms or online.

System availability
The elearning platform is generally available 24X7, but may be down during times of maintenance required for optimum system performance. XPM Consulting will make every effort to inform you of system downtime in advance, but, this is not always possible.
